The Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives would like to invite you to sponsor and attend the Operations & Safety Spring Conference and Vendor Equipment & Trade Show scheduled for Thursday, March 12 at the Airport Holiday Inn Conference Center. Please note: The name of the conference has changed from Superintendents' and Foremen's Conference.

We will have a social hour with drinks and appetizers from 4:30-5:30 and dinner in the Courtyard Atrium from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at no additional charge. This is a great opportunity to network in a casual way. During the dinner we will draw from the participants attending and award sponsor prizes. Make sure to bring some prizes and be a part of the fun!

Available levels of sponsorship are:

Gold Sponsorship: $600 (3 attendees and *booth, includes scrolling logo in trade show hall and in conference during breaks, submit logo to Katrina Davis at kdavis@iowarec.org in .jpg format preferred)
Silver Sponsorship: $550 (2 attendees and *booth)
Bronze Sponsorship: $500 (1 attendee and *booth)
Hospitality/Dinner Sponsorship: $350 (2 attendees and NO booth)
Truck/Equipment: $100 per extra space Extra space to bring in a truck or equipment at $100 per extra 8x10 ft space. Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsorship level is required for the first 8 x 10 space. Extra space will be in addition to the 8 x 10 ft booth space included in those levels. For example, if equipment is 12 x 20 and you would like a booth in addition, 2 spaces would need to be purchased along with one of the levels above.
Extra booth space at $100 per extra 8x10 ft space. Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsorship level is required for the first 8 x 10 space. Extra space will be in addition to the 8 x 10 ft booth space included in those levels. For example if you would like two booths together you would select Gold, Silver or Bronze and add additional space, one sign included. Does not include any attendees.
Extra Attendees: $50 (for extra attendees over the attendees allotted for Gold, Silver, Bronze or Hospitality levels

*Booth is 8x10 pipe/draped with company name signage, 8 ft table-skirted, 2 chairs, access to electricity

Registration:
Now you have decided you want to be a part of our Vendor Show, here is what you do! Please register online by March 1 to guarantee your booth space! Please pay by credit card, mail check in or select the Bill Me Later option upon registration.

Online registration instructions: Our online registration has been updated, please note, login is not available for sponsors (the login option is only for our cooperative members to login at this time). It does note that there is special pricing with a login, our sponsor prices are the same for all vendors. When you select your sponsor level, the attendees that you are allowed to register will be automatically added. For example, if you select Gold, spots for 3 attendees are available for you to register. If you only have 2 attending, you can leave one attendee name blank.

Booth assignments: Booths will be assigned on March 3 and a map will be sent out to all sponsors on March 6.

Room Block: A room block at the Airport Holiday Inn is reserved for the rate of $103 for the nights of March 11-12. Please make your reservations by February 19 by calling 1-800-248-4013, and reference the IAEC Operations & Safety Conference or click here to book online, using IAC in the Group Code box to receive this discounted rate when booking. When booking online, you are not able to direct bill, please call in to have charges direct billed to an account.

8:00-9:00 a.m.: Equipment drive in times (will be assigned week prior)
8:30: Coffee and rolls available for vendors
9:00 - 10:00 a.m.: Booth set up-Iowa Hall
10:45-11:00 a.m.: First break of conference, trade show open to participants - Iowa Hall
11:45 a.m.: Lunch with attendees - Courtyard Atrium
12:15 - 1:15 p.m.: Vendor Booth trade show open to participants - Iowa Hall
2:30 – 3:00 p.m.: PM Break - Participants have PM break in Iowa Hall
4:30 – 5:30 p.m.: Vendor Social - Participants and vendor social hour (beer, soda and appetizers)- Iowa Hall
5:30 p.m.: Booth tear down
6:00 - 8:00 p.m.: Dinner, Door prizes (Vendors are welcome to attend, door prizes will be drawn from conference participants) – Courtyard Atrium
